Last updated: June 25, 2026. These instructions apply to QRQT / Z1Q accounts created or accessed with OAuth providers such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or Instagram.
To request deletion of your QRQT / Z1Q user data, email privacy@z1q.us with the subject User Data Deletion Request.
We verify that the requester controls the account or OAuth identity before deleting data. We may ask you to reply from the account email or complete another reasonable ownership check.
After verification, we delete or de-identify the social login identity, account profile, active sessions, free claims, and self-serve QR/link data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, operational audit records, or backup integrity.
We aim to respond within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify and process the request.
